Sarah Norris is a 27-year-old pediatric occupational therapist with a recent diagnosis (Feb. 2010) of fibromyalgia. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Preprofessional Health Sciences and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy, both awarded from the University of South Alabama. She is married, with no children, and currently works full-time in a metro Atlanta school system as a school occupational therapist, consultant, and administrator. During the summer she works for a summer camp for children with mild to moderate sensory integration dysfunction.
Sarah is interested in research, particularly in the areas of neuroscience, health and wellness, child development, and childhood illnesses and diseases. She is currently considering pursuing a doctorate in neuroscience.
